About me :

IncentAct shall accompany companies and its Management in the development of its sales activities on either public or private market areas.

IncentAct aims at providing Clients with a practical risk analysis method of its activities, giving them advice in the mitigation of the risks known, addressing them recommendations to anticipate new risks.

IncentAct participates in the creation of Values.

My scope of services :

• Public market : risk analysis and mitigation of the risks in the answers to the call for tenders.
• Private market : contracts drafting – contractual set-up (France-international).
• Start-up set-up : support in the steps of the creation to the investment phase.
• Managing Director policy regarding its statute.
• Pre-litigation and litigation phase : assistance to the making-decision phase in the Pre-litigation and litigation phase, in the frame of sales litigation.

My skills :

• Cross-Analysis capabilities together with Management, Finance, Project.
• Optimization of the contracts.
